By using the accesstorobotics.org website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of the site
The site is provided for informational purposes about the Finley Robotics Initiative and its programs. You may read, link to, and quote reasonable portions of the site's content with attribution. You may not redistribute the full site content, scrape the site at high frequency, or use it to train commercial machine learning systems without written permission.
Scholarship terms
Eligibility, application requirements, selection criteria, and scholar expectations are defined on the Scholarship page. The Initiative reserves the right to revise scholarship terms between application cycles. Terms in effect at the time of a given application apply to that application.
Acceptance of a scholarship constitutes agreement to the scholar expectations listed on the Scholarship page. Failure to meet those expectations may result in withdrawal from the program. Hardware delivered to a scholar remains the scholar's property.
Donations
The Initiative is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Until that status is granted, contributions are not tax-deductible. Donors receive written acknowledgment of each gift. The Initiative reserves the right to decline contributions that conflict with the program's mission or that come with conditions the Initiative cannot fulfill.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and graphics are © 2026 the Finley Robotics Initiative unless otherwise noted. The Reachy Mini robot and associated trademarks are property of Pollen Robotics. Project work produced by scholars belongs to the scholars; the Initiative is granted a non-exclusive right to display published project work in the Showcase and in program materials.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." The Initiative makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but does not warrant that the site is free of errors. External links are provided for convenience; the Initiative is not responsible for the content of linked sites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Finley Robotics Initiative and its founder, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in Initiative programs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
